【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61000forEMCimmunityrequirementsappliestoelectricalandelectronicapparatusintendedforuseinindustrialenvironments,asdescribedbelow,forwhichnodedicatedproductorproduct-familyimmunitystandardexists.Immunityrequirementsinthefrequencyrange0Hzto400GHzarecovered.Notestsneedtobeperformedatfrequencieswherenorequirementsarespecified.Wherearelevantdedicatedproductorproduct-familyEMCimmunitystandardexists,itwilltakeprecedenceoverallaspectsofthisgenericstandard.Theenvironmentsencompassedbythisstandardareindustrial,bothindoorandoutdoor.Apparatuscoveredbythisstandardisintendedtobeconnectedtoapowernetworksuppliedfromahighormediumvoltagetransformerdedicatedtothesupplyofaninstallationfeedingmanufacturingorsimilarplant,andintendedtooperateinorinproximitytoindustriallocations,asdescribedbelow.Apparatusintendedtobeusedinindustriallocationsarecharacterizedbytheexistenceofoneormoreofthefollowing:-apowernetworkexistspoweredbyahighormediumvoltagepowertransformerdedicatedforthesupplyofaninstallationfeedingmanufacturingorsimilarplant;-industrial,scientificandmedical(ISM)apparatus;-heavyinductiveorcapacitiveloadsarefrequentlyswitched;-currentsandassociatedmagneticfieldsarehigh.Theobjectofthisstandardistodefineimmunitytestrequirementsforapparatusdefinedinthescopeinrelationtocontinuousandtransient,conductedandradiateddisturbances,includingelectrostaticdischarges.Theimmunityrequirementshavebeenselectedtoensureanadequatelevelofimmunityforapparatusatindustriallocations.Thelevelsdonot,however,coverextremecases,whichmayoccuratanylocation,butwithanextremelylowprobabilityofoccurrence.Notalldisturbancephenomenahavebeenincludedfortestingpurposesinthisstandard,butonlythoseconsideredasrelevantfortheequipmentcoveredbythisstandard.Testrequirementsarespecifiedforeachportconsidered.NOTE1-Safetyconsiderationsarenotcoveredbythisstandard.NOTE2-Inspecialcases,situationswillarisewherethelevelofdisturbancesmayexceedthelevelsspecifiedinthisstandarde.g.whereanapparatusisinstalledinproximitytoISMequipmentasdefinedinCISPR11orwhereahand-heldtransmitterisusedincloseproximitytoanapparatus.Intheseinstances,specialmitigationmeasuresmayhavetobeemployed.NOTE3-Theindustrialenvironmentmaybechangedbyspecialmitigationmeasures.Wheresuchmeasurescanbeshowntoproduceanelectromagneticenvironmentequivalenttotheresidential,commercialorlight-industrialenvironmentthenthegenericstandardforthisenvironment,ortherelevantproductstandard,shouldbeapplied.note:1)AsdefinedinCISPR11,ISMclassA.
