【摘要】:ThispartofISO10303specifiestheuseoftheintegratedresourcesnecessaryforthescopeandinformationrequirementsfortheexchangeofinformationbetweencontractorsandsupplierstoenabletheeventualmanufactureofsheetmetaldiesusedintheproductionprocessofsheetmetalparts.NOTE1-Theapplicationactivitymodel,inannexG,providesagraphicalrepresentationoftheprocessesandinformationflowsthatarethebasisforthedefinitionofthescopeofthispartofISO10303.ThefollowingarewithinthescopeofthispartofISO10303:—Typesofproductssupported:NOTE2-Thislistdescribesthetypesofproductsforwhichdataareinscope.Thelistfollowingthisonedescribestypesofproductdatawhichareinscope.a)Sheetmetalpartdesigndata;EXAMPLE1-Sheetmetalpartdesignsmaybeforsheetmetalpartsintendedfortheexteriorofaproduct,thoseintendedfortheinteriorofaproduct,thoseintendedtobeinviewornotinviewonthefinalproduct,orthoseintendedtosupportloadsormaintainstructureofaproduct.Sheetmetalpartdesignsmayalsobeforsheetmetalpartsthatareproductsinthemselves.b)Sheetmetaldiedesigndata,includingdiefacedesignanddiestructuredesign,foranindividualdieagainstwhichsheetmetalisformedbyprocessesthatdonotinvolveamatingdie;c)Sheetmetaldiesetdesigndata,includingdiefacedesignanddiestructuredesign,fordiesetsusedinastampingpressmachinetomanufacturesheetmetalparts;d)Sheetmetalpartmanufacturedescriptiondata.—Typesofproductdatasupported:a)Designdataformaterials,sheetmetalin-processparts,sheetmetalparts,diecomponents,individualdies,anddiesets;b)Processdataforsheetmetalpartmanufacture;c)Changeandscheduledatafordesignofproductdefinitiondataandmanufacturedescriptiondata;d)Dataownership,generatingsysteminformation,andexchangehistorysurroundingproductdefinitiondataandmanufacturedescriptiondata;e)Theidentificationofexternallydesignedpartsandpurchaseditems;f)Designconstraintsondies;g)Wireframe,surface,andsolidgeometry;h)Datadescribingtherelativepositionofmaterialsandin-processsheetmetalpartstothedieordiesthatwillfurtherformthem;i)Compositionofmaterials,sheetmetalparts,anddiecomponents;j)Propertiesassociatedwithmaterialsorwithcollectionsofgeometricrepresentations,suchashardness,porosity,methodofmanufacture,andfunction.—Stagesintheproductlifecyclesupportedaredataatanystageofcompletionthatdescribe:a)Materials;b)Sheetmetalin-processpartsandsheetmetalparts;c)Diecomponents,individualdies,anddiesets;d)Sheetmetalpartmanufacturedescriptiondata;e)Changeandscheduledatafordesignofproductdefinitiondataandmanufacturedescriptiondata.—Thesupportedexchangescenariosfromcontractortosupplierareasfollows:a)requirementstoenablethesuppliertocreateasheetmetalpartprocessingplanforthecontractor,suchasthesheetmetalpartdesign,availablepressesandplants,andplantandpressconstraints;b)requirementstoenablethesuppliertocreateadiedesignforthecontractor,suchasthesheetmetalpartdesignandthesheetmetalpartprocessingplan.Thisdesignmaybeforthedieface,orforthediestructure,orforboth;NOTE3-Requestsforchangesbycontractorsareconsideredtobetheexchangeofadditionalrequirements.c)exchangeswhereinthecontractorandsupplieraredivisionsofthesamecompany;d)exchangeswhereinthecontractorandsupplieraredifferentcompanies.—Thesupportedexchangescenariosfromsuppliertocontractorareasfollows:a)apartprocessplanoranyportionthereof;b)acompletediedesignoranyportionthereof;c)adiefacedesignoranyportionthereof;d)adiestructuredesignoranyportionthereof;e)achangerequest;f)exchangeswherein
