【摘要】:MHSLoggingisthecollectionofinformationrelatingtotheuseofMHSresourceswhenprovidingMHSservicesinanMISmanagementdomain.ThreeaspectsofMHSLoggingareconsideredinthisRecommendation|InternationalStandard:a)MHSEventsloggingmanagement;b)MHSCustomeraccountingmanagement;c)MHSSettlementaccountingmanagement.MHSEventsloggingisthecollectionofinformationrelatingtotheuseofMHSentities(UA,AU,MTAandMS),withinanMISmanagementdomain,whenactinguponmessages,probesandreports.MHSEventslogginginformationisthebasicinformationthatisusedtoprovideothersMHSmanagementservices,forexampleCustomeraccountingmanagementandSettlementaccountingmanagement.MHSCustomeraccountingisthecollection,forthepurposeofbilling,ofinformationrelatedtotheuseofMHSresourcesbyaCustomerwithinanMISmanagementdomain.MHSSettlementaccountingisthecollection,forthepurposeofreconciliationofaccounts,ofinformationrelatedtotheuseofMHSresourcesbyanInterworkingMD.ThisSpecification:a)EstablishestherequirementsforMHSLogging;b)DefinestheservicesprovidedforthepurposeofMHSLogging;c)Definesrelationshipswithothersystemmanagementfunctions;d)Establishesmodelsthatrelatetheservicestothemanagedobjects;e)Definesobjectclasses,packages,attributestypes,operationsandnotificationstypes;f)Specifiesconformancerequirements.ThisSpecificationdoesnot:a)Specifyaccountingmetering;b)SpecifyhowCustomeraccountingandSettlementaccountinginformationcanbederivedfromMHSeventslogginginformation.TheinformationcapturedrelatestoopensystemsresourceusageattheApplicationlayer.Itdoesnotcaptureresourceusageatlowerlayers.Forexample,itdoesnotcapturenetworklayercostbetweenMDsnorbetweenMDandclientsystemsforthetransferofmessages.
