【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthecharacteristicsandperformancerequirementsofmanufacturedstonemasonryunitsforwhichthemainintendedusesarefacingorexposedmasonryinloadbearingornon-loadbearingbuildingandcivilengineeringapplications.Theunitsaresuitableforallformsofcoursedorrandommasonrywalling,includingsingleleaf,cavity,partition,retainingandtheexternalmasonrytochimneys.Theycanprovidefireprotection,thermalinsulation,soundinsulationandsoundabsorption.Thisstandardcoversconcretemasonryunitsmanufacturedtoresemblenaturalstoneusingcastingorpressingtechniqueswithorwithouttexturedsurfacesproduced,bycasting,splitting,washing,blastingortoolingandwithorwithoutvariableoutlineeffects.Itcovershomogeneousmasonryunitsandthoseconsistingofdifferentfacingandbackingconcretemixesbutexcludesthosemanufacturedwithanadhesivebondeddecorativeface.ThisstandarddoesnotcovermasonryunitsintendedtoconformtoEN771-3.Itdefinestheperformancerelatedtoe.g.strength,density,dimensionalaccuracy,surfaceappearanceandprovidesfortheevaluationofconformityoftheproducttothisEuropeanStandard.ThemarkingrequirementsforproductscoveredbythisEuropeanStandardarealsoincluded.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplytostoreyheightpanels,masonryunitsusedforchimneyfluesorunitsmanufacturedwithanadhesivebondeddecorativeface.Itdoesnotincludeproductsintendedtobeusedasadampproofcoursenordoesitspecifystandardsizesformanufacturedstonemasonryunitsorworkdimensionsandanglesofspeciallyshapedunits.Itdoesnotcoverunitswithanincorporatedthermalinsulationmaterialbondedtothefacesoftheunitsusceptibletobeexposedtofire.
