【摘要】:ThisTechnicalReportillustratestheequationsandtemplatesnecessarytocalculatethevariouspipepropertiesgiveninInternationalStandards,includingpipeperformanceproperties,suchasaxialstrength,internalpressureresistanceandcollapseresistance,minimumphysicalproperties,productassemblyforce(torque),producttestpressures,criticalproductdimensionsrelatedtotestingcriteria,criticaldimensionsoftestingequipment,andcriticaldimensionsoftestsamples.Forequationsrelatedtoperformanceproperties,extensivebackgroundinformationisalsoprovidedregardingtheirdevelopmentanduse.EquationspresentedhereareintendedforusewithpipemanufacturedinaccordancewithISO11960orAPI5CT,ISO11961orAPI5D,andISO3183orAPI5L,asapplicable.Theseequationsandtemplatesmaybeextendedtootherpipewithduecaution.Pipecold-workedduringproductionisincludedinthescopeofthisTechnicalReport(e.g.coldrotarystraightenedpipe).Pipemodifiedbycoldworkingafterproduction,suchasexpandabletubularsandcoiledtubing,isbeyondthescopeofthisTechnicalReport.ApplicationofperformancepropertyequationsinthisTechnicalReporttolinepipeandotherpipeisrestrictedtotheiruseascasing/tubinginawellorlaboratorytest,andrequiresduecautiontomatchtheheat-treatprocess,straighteningprocess,yieldstrength,etc.,withtheclosestappropriatecasing/tubingproduct.Similarcautionshouldbeexercisedwhenusingtheperformanceequationsfordrillpipe.ThisTechnicalReportandtheequationscontainedhereinrelatetheinputpipemanufacturingparametersinISO11960orAPI5CT,ISO11961orAPI5D,andISO3183orAPI5Ltoexpectedpipeperformance.ThedesignequationsinthisTechnicalReportarenottobeunderstoodasamanufacturingwarrantee.Manufacturersaretypicallylicensedtoproducetubularproductsinaccordancewithmanufacturingspecificationswhichcontrolthedimensionsandphysicalpropertiesoftheirproduct.Designequations,ontheotherhand,areareferencepointforuserstocharacterizetubularperformanceandbegintheirownwelldesignorresearchofpipeinputproperties.ThisTechnicalReportisnotadesigncode.Itonlyprovidesequationsandtemplatesforcalculatingthepropertiesoftubularsintendedforuseindownholeapplications.ThisTechnicalReportdoesnotprovideanyguidanceaboutloadsthatcanbeencounteredbytubularsoraboutsafetymarginsneededforacceptabledesign.Usersareresponsiblefordefiningappropriatedesignloadsandselectingadequatesafetyfactorstodevelopsafeandefficientdesigns.Thedesignloadsandsafetyfactorswilllikelybeselectedbasedonhistoricalpractice,localregulatoryrequirements,andspecificwellconditions.AllequationsandlistedvaluesforperformancepropertiesinthisTechnicalReportassumeabenignenvironmentandmaterialpropertiesconformingtoISO11960orAPI5CT,ISO11961orAPI5DandISO3183orAPI5L.Otherenvironmentsmayrequireadditionalanalyses,suchasthatoutlinedinAnnexD.PipeperformancepropertiesunderdynamicloadsandpipeconnectionsealingresistanceareexcludedfromthescopeofthisTechnicalReport.ThroughoutthisTechnicalReporttensilestressesarepositive.
